摘  要:为了考察低温对短程硝化进程的影响,采用序批式间歇反应器(SBR)处理氨氮废水,在常温(25℃)条件下驯化出稳定的短程硝化污泥体系后,研究温度(25、20、15、10、5℃)对短程硝化系统的影响。试验结果表明,随着温度的降低,短程硝化效果受到的影响逐渐增大,氨氮去除率和亚硝酸盐氮积累率由25℃时的96.5%和95.2%逐渐降低到5℃时的17.3%和6.9%,且低温对于氨氧化菌(AOB)的影响要大于亚硝酸盐氧化菌(NOB);温度降低只是延长体系中COD降解时间,对反应器最终降解COD未造成明显影响;短程硝化体系在短时间内处于低温条件时,低温不会破坏短程硝化系统,当温度升高时,系统可以重新恢复良好的短程硝化效果。Ammonia nitrogen wastewater was treated by using sequencing batch reactors (SBR) to investigate the effect of low temperature on shortcut nitrification process. The effects of temperatures of 25 ℃, 20 ℃, 15 ℃, 10 ℃ and 5 ℃ on stable shortcut nitrification system domestical studied. The results showed that the effect on shortcut nitrification process increased ted at 25 ℃ were gradually with the decrease of temperature. The ammonia nitrogen removal rate and nitrite nitrogen accumulation rate were gradually reduced from 96.5% and 95.2% at 25 ℃ to 17.3% and 6.9% at 5 ℃, respectively. The effect of low temperature on the ammonia oxidizing bacteria (AOB) was greater than that on the nitrite oxidizing bacteria (NOB). The COD degradation time was prolonged as the decrease of temperature, but the final concentration of COD in the effluent from the reactor was not affected. Shortcut nitrification sys- tem was not destroyed under the condition of low temperature in a short period of time, and the running effect recovered quite well with the increasing of temperature.
