分散式生活污水一体化处理装置的性能研究

摘　　要：针对分散式生活污水的处理需求，设计了以两级A／O串联、分段进水、无回流为特征的一体化反应器，考察了其对模拟生活污水的处理性能。结果表明，在HRT为9h、分段进水流量分配比例为1：1、水温为25～28℃的条件下，当进水COD、NH3-N、TN、TP、SS分别为（350～420）、（26—36）、（27～37）、（1．4～2．7）、（260—400）mg／L时，一体化反应器对以上指标的平均去除率分别为94．9％、97．1％、46．5％、55．6％、94．2％，出水水质可达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》（GB18918-2002）的一级B标准。该一体化反应器具有结构紧凑、性能优良、节省能耗等优点，适用于分散式生活污水的处理。To satisfy the demand of decentralized domestic sewage treatment, an integrated reactor with two-stage A/O series, step feed and no recycle was designed, and its performance in treating simulated domestic sewage was investigated. The influent concentrations of COD, NH3 - N, TN, TP and SS were 350 to 420 mg/L, 26 to 36 mg/L, 27 to 37 mg/L, 1.4 to 2.7 mg/L and 260 to 400 mg/L respectively. When the reactor was operated at HRT of 9 h, step feed ratio of 1 ： 1 and water temperature of 25 to 28 ℃, the average removal rates of COD, NH3 -N, TN, rip and SS were 94.9%, 97.1%, 46.5% 55.6% and 94.2% respectively, which met the first level B criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant （ GB 18918 - 2002）. The integrated reactor has advantages of compact structure, excellent performance, the decentralized sewage treatment.
