硅藻土过滤器对新疆油田污水的处理试验研究

摘　　要：在新疆油田风城1号稠油联合站污水处理系统现场进行了硅藻土过滤器试验，结果表明：处理出水的悬浮物含量大部分在1．5mg／L以下，含油量大部分在2mg／L以下，基本满足二级过滤指标要求，处理效果较纤维球（束）过滤器要好，但处理成本较高，在0．2—0．27元／m^3之间。The field test of diatomite filter in wastewater treatment system of the first heavy oil joint station of Xinjiang Fengcheng Oilfield was conducted. The results showed that the content of suspended solids in the effluent after treatment was mostly less than 1.5 mg/L, and the content of oil was mostly less than 2 mg/L, basically meeting the requirements of the second-level filter index. Compared with the method of using fiber filter, the quality of wastewater treated by diatomite filter was better, but the cost was higher, within the range of 0.2 to 0.27 yuan/m^3.
