摘 要:利用酸化法回收给水污泥中的混凝剂成分,并将其用于生活污水和工业废水的化学强化一级处理。结果表明,在较低pH值和较长搅拌时间下可获得更高的混凝剂回收率,pH值为2.5、搅拌时间为30 min是铝盐混凝剂最佳回收条件;较多的循环回收次数会导致铝盐混凝剂回收率小幅降低,第4次回收率比第1次低6.58%,可以考虑对污泥中混凝剂进行多次循环回收。利用给水污泥回收的铝盐混凝剂处理生活污水和印染废水时,最佳投加量分别为10、20 mg/L(以铝元素计);在较少的循环回收次数下,回收的铝盐混凝剂具有较好的除污能力,但随着循环回收次数的增加除污率逐渐降低。Coagulant in water treatment sludge was recovered by acidification method, and the recovered coagulant was used in the chemically enhanced primary treatment of domestic sewage and industrial wastewater. A higher recovery rate of the aluminum coagulant from the water treatment sludge could be obtained at lower pH value and longer mixing time, and the optimal recovery conditions for aluminum coagulant were pH value of 2.5 and mixing time of 30 min. Many recovery times of aluminum coagulant would cause the slight decrease in recovery rate. The recovery rate of the fourth time was only 6.58% lower than that of the first time, so more recovery times of aluminum coagulant were feasible. The optimal dosages (calculated as aluminum element) were 10 mg/L and 20 mg/L when the recovered coagulant was used in the treatment of domestic sewage and printing and dyeing wastewater. In condition of less recovery times, the recovered coagulant had good pollutant removal capacity, hut the removal rate of pollutants was gradually decreased with the increase of recovery times.
