摘  要:本试验通过探讨小花棘豆黄酮对体外培养瘤胃原虫和纤维素降解菌的数量及纤维素降解能力的影响,为小花棘豆的综合利用提供参考。以4只和田羊为瘤胃液供体,随机分为对照组、试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组和试验Ⅲ组,各试验组分别添加10、30 mg和50 mg剂量的小花棘豆黄酮进行体外培养。结果显示,与对照相比,各试验组瘤胃液中瘤胃原虫数均无明显变化,试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组瘤胃液纤维素降解菌数量无明显变化,试验Ⅲ组白色瘤胃球菌和黄化瘤胃球菌数降低,但与对照差异不显著(P>0.05),各组纤维素降解率差异均不显著(P>0.05)。结果表明适量添加小花棘豆黄酮对绵羊瘤胃微生物菌群结构无不良影响。The experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of flavonoid of Oxytropis glabra DC on rumen microbial population and cellulose degradability in vitro.A total of 4 Hetian sheep were used to provide rumen liquar,and 4 groups were the control group and experimental groupⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,three experimental groups were added with flavonoid of O. glabra DC at 10,30 mg and 50 mg.The results demonstrated that the correlations between flavonoid of O.glabra DC and number of protozoa in rumen were poor.The number of fiber degrading bacteria in rumen of experimental groupⅠand experimental groupⅡhad no significant changes,and the number of Ruminncnccus albus and Ruminococcus flavefaciens in experimental group Ⅲ were lower than normal control group,but had no obvious difference (P 〉 0.05).Fiber degradation efficiency in rumen of experimental group and control group had no obvious difference (P〉0.05).The results showed that the amount dose of flavonoid of O.glabra DC had no bad effects on rumen microbial population.
