摘 要:本实验建立了同时分离检测饲料样品中胺菊酯、三氟氯氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、四氟甲醚菊酯、氰戊菊酯和联苯菊酯6种菊酯类杀虫剂残留的高效液相色谱法。样品用乙腈提取,采用C18柱作为色谱分离柱,以甲醇-水为流动相进行梯度洗脱,紫外检测波长为210 nm。结果表明,6种杀虫剂浓度为0.15-200μg/m L有良好的线性相关系,线性相关系数r≥0.9980,检测限为0.05-0.5μg/m L,样品平均回收率为83.7%-106.3%,相对标准偏差小于4%。A method was developed for the separation and determination of 6 pyrethroid insecticide residues,including tetramethrin,cyhalothrin,cypermethrin,dimefluthrin,fenvalerate and bifenthrin in feeds by high performance liquid chromatography.The samples were extracted by acetonitrile,and separated using C18 column with a mobile phase of methanol and water(gradient elution).The results showed that the six insecticides had good linear relationship in the range of 0.15 - 200 μg/mL,the correlation cocfficient was more than 0.9980,the detection limits were between 0.05 μg/mL and 0.5μg/mL,the average recoveries were between 83.7%and 106.3%,the relative standard deviation was less than 4%.
