高校图书馆数字资源综合服务能力评价

摘　　要：高校图书馆数字资源综合服务能力是指图书馆通过数字资源的投入、积累、增长、加工和使用,以满足读者需求并提高教学科研优势,从而实现知识价值最大化的能力。该文采用因子分析、聚类分析和熵值法相结合的综合评价方法,从高校图书馆数字资源的资金人员设施投入、规模与增长、信息服务产出和教学科研产出4个评价维度对我国30个高校图书馆的数字资源综合服务能力进行了实证测算,结果发现各高校图书馆在数字资源规模与增长及教学科研产出两个维度的指标差异较大,而在信息服务产出和资金人员设施投入维度的差异略小。Digital resource comprehensive service abilities are the abilities which optimize the knowledge value by investing, collecting, processing and utilizing the digital resources in university libraries, thereby to meet the consumers＇ requirements and obtain the advantages of education and research. In this paper, an integrated evaluation method has been established by integrating factor analysis method, cluster analysis and entropy method. From dimensionality of four evaluation elements such as input of fund, staff and facil- ities, growth and scale of the digital resources, information service output and the education and research output of university libraries, comprehensive service abilities of 30 university libraries in China have been studied, and large differences are found between library growth and scale of the digital resources and the education and research output, while comparably smaller differences are found between information services output, input of fund and staff and facilities.
