摘　　要：环鄱阳湖生态经济区的建设,对江西地方高校来说是一次千载难逢的历史机遇;本土优势决定了江西地方高校是环鄱阳湖生态经济区建设的智力支持与技术基础。为了让江西地方高校更好地为生态经济区建设在人才培养、技术服务、科研成果转化等方面提供更好的服务,地方政府应当综合考虑,统筹安排,进行机制创新,实现高校与政府、高校与企业之间的良性互动。The construction of Ring Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone offers a great opportunity for local universities in Jiangxi Province. These universities could offer intellectual and technological supports because of their local advantages. Local government should have a comprehensive and overall consideration on innovating the mechanism of positive interactions among the government, universities and enterprise, this enables local universities to offer better service on talent cultivation, technology support and application of scientific research.
