烫伤一号纱条消毒开封使用后有效期监测研究

摘　　要：目的确定院内制剂烫伤一号纱条消毒使用时储存环境和有效期。方法主要通过对消毒后的烫伤一号纱条分别在室温和冰箱冷藏温度储存,每天开盖夹取20次条件下,定期进行微生物培养监测,判断其污染情况及其物理、化学变化。结果烫伤一号纱条消毒前、后进行微生物培养均未生长,但室温下储存的烫伤一号纱条在4周时以及冰箱冷藏室储存下的烫伤一号纱条在24周时出现了药物香味的减退,并陆续产生异味甚至哈喇味,而且纱条颜色变浅黄。结论烫伤一号纱条制作消毒使用后,在室温下储存,有效期4周(1个月);在冰箱冷藏下储存,有效期24周(半年)。Objective To determine the storage environment and expiration date for the No. 1 gauze pad for empyrosis made in our own hospital. Methods After sterilization, the No. 1 gauze pad for empyrosis were stored in room temperature and in refrigerant temperature,then the gauze pad were taken out from storage container 20 times daily. The growth of microorganisms was carefully monitored to evaluate any contamination or chemical / physical changes associated with these storage conditions. Results Before and after sterilization procedure,there was no growth of microorganisms in the gauze pad. After storage in room temperature for 4 weeks and storage in refrigerator for 24 weeks, the herbal aroma for the gauze pad decreased, even developed smell indicating oil decay,besides,the gauze pad color turned into light yellow. Conclusion After sterilization,the No. 1 gauze pad for empyrosis can be safely stored in room temperature for 4 weeks and for 24 weeks at refrigerant temperature.
