摘  要:目的探究黄连对不同环境下大鼠血栓素B2(TXB2)、6-酮-前列腺素F1α(6-Keto-PGF1α)的干预作用。方法Wistar大鼠随机分为空白对照组(KB组)、高温高湿组(GG组)、常温高湿组(CG组)、低温高湿组(DG组)、高温高湿黄连给药组(GGH组)以及低温高湿黄连给药组(DGH组)。各组大鼠在相应温度和湿度条件下生长45天,GGH组、DGH组按1 m L/100 g给予黄连水煎剂15天后,取材并检测大鼠全血黏度、血浆黏度、TXB2、6-Keto-PGF1α水平,实验数据用SPSS17.0软件统计分析。结果 (1)各组大鼠全血黏度:高切变率下由低到高依次为:GG组、KB组、DG组、GGH组、CG组、DGH组;低切变率下由低到高依次为:KB组、GGH组、DG组、CG组、GG组、DGH组。高温高湿、低温高湿、常温高湿条件下大鼠的全血黏度与KB组比较差异无统计学意义(P<0.05),GGH组全血低切、高切变率下的黏度与KB组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(2)各组高切下大鼠血浆黏度由低到高依次为:KB组、GGH组、DG组、DGH组、CG组、GG组。GG组、CG组、DG组、DGH组与KB组比较,血浆黏度有差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且GGH组与GG组有差异统计学意义(P<0.01),与KB组比较差异无统计学意义;DGH组与DG组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。(3)各组大鼠血浆TXB2水平由低到高依次为GGH组、KB组、CG组、GG组、DG组、DGH组,其中GG组、CG组、DG组、DGH组与KB组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且GGH组与GG组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),DGH组与DG组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(4)各组大鼠6-Keto-PGF1α水平由低到高依次为GG组、DG组、DGH组、GGH组、CG组、KB组,其中GG组、DG组、DGH组与KB组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而CG组与KB组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);GGH组与GG组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但DGH组与DG组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 DGH组、GGH组大鼠血液黏度及血浆黏度与KB组水平的差异,�Objective To explore the intervention effects of Rhizoma Coptidis on TXB2,6-Keto-PGF1αin rats under the different environments. Methods Wistar rats were randomly divided into a blank control( KB) group,a high temperature and humidity( GG)group,a normal temperature and high humidity( CG) group,a low temperature and high humidity( DG) group,a high temperature and high humidity Rhizoma Coptidis( GGH) group and a low temperature and high humidity Rhizoma Coptidis( DGH) group. Rats in each group were raised in the corresponding temperature and humidity for 45 days. 15 days after rats in the GGH group and DGH group,according to 1 m L /100 g,were treated with water decoction of Rhizoma Coptidis,samples were collected to measure whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, TXB2,6-Keto-PGF1αlevels. SPSS17. 0 software was adopted for analysis the experimental data. Results( 1) Under high shear rate,the whole blood viscosity of rats,from low to high,were GG group,KB group,DG group,GGH group,CG group and DGH group; under low shear rate,the results from low to high were KB group,GGH group,DGgroup,CG group,GG group and DGH group. Compared with KB group,the whole blood viscosity under high temperature and high humidity,low temperature and high humidity,normal temperature and high humidity was significantly different( P〈0. 05). Compared with KB group,the whole blood viscosity under high and low shear rate in the GGH group was not significantly different( P〈0. 05).( 2) Under high shear rate,the plasma viscosity,from low to high,were KB group,GGH group,DG group,DGH group,CG group and GG group. Compared with KB group,the plasma viscosity in the GG group,CG group,DG group and DGH group was significantly different( P〈0. 05). The difference between CGH group and GG group was significant( P〈0. 05),but compared with KB group,the difference was not significantly different.
