摘  要:本研究项目的试验原料来自云南某多金属矿浮选回收铜锌硫的尾矿,含锡0.4%,矿石中的锡石由于嵌布粒度细、成分复杂,现场采用的常规重选难以高效回收。为了提高锡石的回收率,提升资源的利用率,通过对原矿的粒度组成和化学成分分析,通过系统的试验研究表明,不同粒级的锡石其浮选效果差异明显。最终采用分级—重浮联合工艺流程处理该矿石,可获得含锡5.20%、锡石回收率61.65%的锡富中矿,相对于全重选流程能大幅度提高锡石的回收率。A tailings assaying 0.4% Sn is taken from a flotation process used to recover Cu,Pb and Zn. The cassiterite in the tailings is fine disseminated and with complex composition, which leads to difficulties to be recoveried by traditional gravity concentration. In order to enhance the recovery of the Sn and make good use of the tailings,particle size analysis and chemical composition analysis were conducted.The test results show that the difference is obvious between different size ranges. So a combined process of gravity concentration and flotation after classification is proposed, which can enhance the Sn recovery remarkably,and rich cassiterite middlings containing 5.20% Sn was obtained with revoery of 61.65%.
