摘 要:针对辽宁某硅钙杂质含量较高的低品位菱镁矿矿石,采用等可浮反浮选—正浮选强化脱杂工艺进行了除杂可选性研究。其中,等可浮反浮选作业在中性矿浆p H(7.0左右)环境中,以水玻璃为调整剂,BK428(阳离子型捕收剂)为捕收剂,脱除含硅钙脉石;正浮选作业以六偏磷酸钠为抑制剂,BK410B(阴离子型捕收剂)为捕收剂,强化脱除含钙硅脉石。试验结果表明,采用上述工艺流程与药剂制度选别Mg O品位为45.85%、Si O2含量2.40%和Ca O含量0.87%的低品位菱镁矿矿石,获得了Mg O品位为46.81%、回收率为80.78%的菱镁矿精矿,精矿中Si O2和Ca O含量分别降至0.54%和0.69%。In this paper,it is carried out the study of separability of removing impurities by flotation from a low-grade magnesite ore with high contents of silicate and dolomite in Liaoning province. In the flotation process, iso-flotability reverse flotation with water glass as regulator and novel anionic collector BK428 under condition of neutral pulp(p H 7.0) is adopted to remove silicate and dolomite, and direct flotation by sodium hexametaphosphate as regulator and cationic collector BK410 B is used to further remove dolomite and silicate. By this"iso-flotability reverse-direct flotation"process,from the low grade magnesite ore with Mg O 45.85%,the magnesite concentrate with a Mg O grade of 46.81% and a recovery of 80.78%is obtained, moreover, Si O2 and Ca O content in concentrate decreased from 2.40% and 0.87% to 0.54%and 0.69% respectively.
