摘 要:针对陕西某低品位石煤钒矿,在工艺矿物学研究的基础上,采用擦洗脱泥—浮选的工艺技术方案,分别对擦洗脱泥以及浮选过程进行了工艺技术条件的研究。结果表明:在磨矿细度为-74μm占25.15%、水玻璃用量为2.0 kg/t、强擦洗时的矿浆浓度为25%、搅拌速度为420 r/min的情况下,擦洗脱泥效果达到最优;在脱泥的前提下,沉砂再磨,在磨矿细度为-74μm占85%、捕收剂十二烷氧基正丙基醚用量为150 g/t时,浮选指标达到最优;通过全流程闭路试验最终获得V2O5品位为2.02%、回收率为72.82%的钒精矿。In this paper,a proper desliming-flotation separation technique was proposed to deal with a vanadium-bearing stone coal ore in Shanxi province on the basis of mineralogical analysis. A series of experiments were carried out to investigate the optimum technological condition for desliming and flotation process,respectively. The results show that the optimal desliming effect was achieved with grinding fineness as-74μm occupying 25.15%, dosage of water glass as 2kg/t, pulp density as 25% and stirring rate as420r/min. Stripped of fine particles,the grit were ground again before entering a flotation process. The best flotation indexes were obtained with grinding fineness as-74μm occupying 85% and dosage of dodecyloxy propyl ether as 150g/t. Through a closed-circuit flotation flowsheet, the V2O5 concentrate was eventually obtained with grade of 2.02% and recovery of 72.82%.
