冠心通脉胶囊联合西药治疗心肾阳虚型冠心病心绞痛的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨冠心通脉胶囊联合西药治疗心肾阳虚型冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法将86例冠心病心肾阳虚型心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组给予常规西医治疗及静滴单硝酸异山梨酯注射液,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予冠心通脉胶囊口服,2组心绞痛急性发作时,均给予硝酸异山梨酯片10 mg舌下含服。观察2组治疗前后心绞痛症状积分、中医证候积分、血脂变化情况,比较2组临床疗效。结果治疗组心绞痛症状疗效、中医证候疗效、心绞痛症状积分、中医证候积分、血脂改善情况均优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),2组均无明显不良反应发生。结论冠心通脉胶囊联合西药治疗冠心病心绞痛可明显改善患者临床症状,降低患者中医证候积分及血脂水平,提高临床疗效且安全,值得临床推广应用。Objective It is to oberve the clinical curative effect of Guanxin Tongmai capsule combined with western medicine on angina pectoris of Yang dificiency ofheart and kidney.Methods 86 angina pectoris patients with Yang dificiency ofheart and kidney were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine and single nitrate yamanashi grease injection by intravenous drip,and the treatment group was given Guanxin Tongmai capsule by oral use on the basis of therapy of control group.When acute angina attacked,both the groups were given sublingual isosorbide dinitrated 10mg.The changes of angina symptom scores,syndrome scores of TCM,blood lipid before and after treatment in both groups were observed,and the clinical curative effect between the two groups were compared.Results The curative effects of angina symptom scores,syndrome scores of TCM,and the improvements of angina symptom scores,syndrome scores of TCM,blood lipid were better in treatment group than those in control group（P 〈0.05 or P〈 0.01）.No obvious side effect was found in both groups.Conclusion Guanxin Tongmai capsule combined with western medicine can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of the patients,decrease syndrome scores of TCM and blood lipid level,improve clinical curatice effect with safety in the treatment for angina pectoris,thus it is worthy of clinical application.
