电针治疗功能性便秘疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察电针治疗功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法将6 0例功能性便秘患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组3 0例。治疗组采用电针治疗,对照组采用假电针治疗,观察两组患者治疗前后便秘患者临床评分量表(CCS)评分及疗效指数、血浆一氧化氮合酶(NOS)、血浆五羟色胺(5-H T)的变化。结果两组治疗后CCS评分与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后CCS评分与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为9 3.3%,对照组为6 6.7%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.0 5)。两组治疗后NOS和5-H T含量与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.0 5)。治疗组治疗后NOS和5-HT含量与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.0 5)。结论电针是一种治疗功能性便秘的有效方法 ,能改善患者胃肠道NOS、5-H T含量。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of electroacup.uncture in treating functional constipation. Method Sixty patients with functional constipation were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 30 in each group. The treatment group was intervened by electroacupuncture, while the control group was by sham-electroacupuncatre. The Clinic Constipation Score （CCS）, therapeutic efficacy index, plasma NOS, and plasma 5-HT were observed before and after intervention. Result The CCS was changed significantly after intervention in both groups （P〈0.05）. After intervention, there was a significant difference in comparing the CCS between the two groups （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group versus 66.7% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The NOS and 5-HT contents were changed significantly after intervention in both groups （P〈0.05）. After intervention, there were significant differences in comparing the NOS and 5-HT contents between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Electroacupuncture is an effective approach in treating fimctional constipation, and it can improve NOS and 5-HT contents in gastrointestinal tract.
