摘　　要：本文详细研究了以对苯二胺和异庚酮为原料高压一步法合成防老剂4030的催化剂,该催化剂采用铜-铬为主催化剂,钡化合物为助催化剂,在优化的条件下获得催化剂,催化活性高,对苯二胺的一次转化率达到了97%以上。In this paper, the catalyst employed in one - step synthesis of antiager 4030 using phenylene diamine and heptyl ketone as the raw material is studied in detail. This novel catalyst was prepared by using copper - chromium as main catalyst, barium compounds as cocatalyst. Under the optimized condition, the obtained catalyst has high catalytic activity and the conversion of p - Phenylenediamine reached over 97%.
