摘 要:采用化学沉淀结合Fenton法处理焦化废水中的氰化物,采用合理的实验设计方案,在应用响应曲面法讨论Fe SO4的投加量、H2O2的投加量以及溶液初始p H值对总氰去除率影响的基础上,优化了总氰去除工艺条件。实验结果表明,Fe SO4投加量、溶液初始p H值对总氰去除率影响极为显著;回归分析和验证实验表明应用响应曲面法优化实验是合理可行;在H2O2投加量为175μL/L、Fe SO4投加量为265mg/L、p H值为5.10,总氰去除率为97.35%,此时溶液中残留的总氰浓度为0.272mg/L,可以实现达标排放。Chemical precipitation combining Fenton was used to remove cyanide in coking wastewater. Response surface methodology was applied to investigate the influence of the addition of FeSO4, H2O2 and the initial pH of solution on the total cyanide removal rate and to optimize the total cyanide removal process conditions by adopted the reasonable design scheme. The results indicated that the addition of FeSO4 and the initial pH of solution were significant model terms in this ease. Regression analysis and verification results showed that optimization experiment applying response surface methodology was feasible. Under 175 μL/L H202, 265 mg/L FeSO4 and the pH 5.10 concentration, nearly 97.35% of the total cyanide could be removed, and at this moment the concentration of the total cyanide were 0. 272 mg/L, which could achieve national discharge standard.
