摘 要:采用正交试验对氢氧化钙沉淀法处理微晶石墨纯化酸性含氟废水进行了研究。考察了氢氧化钙用量、p H值和搅拌时间对废水中F-质量浓度的影响,从而确定氢氧化钙处理微晶石墨纯化酸性含氟废水最佳工艺参数及影响废水处理的主要因素。结果表明,在氢氧化钙沉淀法处理微晶石墨纯化后酸性含氟废水过程中,氢氧化钙用量对F-质量浓度影响显著,p H值和搅拌时间对F-质量浓度影响相对较小。本试验最佳水平组合为:每100m L含氟废水中加入5.39g氢氧化钙,在p H值为8的条件下搅拌10min,经沉淀后过滤处理得到低氟浓度废水,该水平组合下F-质量浓度由7900mg/L降为5.31mg/L。Using orthogonal experiment method to study the purification process of calcium hydroxide precipitation method, which is used to treat the wastewater produced by aphanltic graphite purification, this paper has researched the influences of consumption of calcium hydroxide, the pH value, and the stirring time on the mass concentration of fluoride in wastewater, and the optimum process parameters of calcium hydroxide precipitation method and the main factors that affecting the wastewater treatment have been determined based on the research. Result shows that: in the process of using calcium hydroxide precipitation method to treat the wastewater, the consumption of calcium hydroxide significantly effect the mass concentration of fluoride ,while the pH value and stirring time have a relatively low effect on it. The optimum process is 5. 39g calcium hydroxide per 100mL wastewater,and the pH value is 8 ,and stirring for 10 min. Under the optimum condition the mass concentration of fluoride can decrease from 7900mg/L to 5.31mg/L.
