摘 要:采用直接水解的方法处理有机硅废液,研究了水用量、盐酸浓度等对反应的影响;并对水解产生的固体物质进行了TGDSC、FT-IR和SEM分析。结果表明:直接进行水解,水解反应比较剧烈,当水用量为有机硅的2.5倍以上,效果较好;采用所产生的盐酸循环利用水解,水解反应较平缓,并可获得大量的HCl;生成的固体物质在加热到700℃以后可以分解完全,得到棒状的多孔二氧化硅。Organosilieon waste liquor was treated by direct hydrolysis method. Effect of dose of water and concentration of hydrochloric acid on the reaction was investigated. Also, the solid obtained by hydrolysis was characterized by TG - DSC, FT - IR and SEM. The results show that the direct hydrolysis reaction was vigorous and the effects were good when the dose of water is 2.5 more than organosilieon. The hydrolysis reaction performed by hydrochloric acid produced in reaction was mild and a great of HCl was obtained. At the same time, the resulting solid was entirely decomposed after it was heated at 700℃ and the bar porous silica was obtained.
