摘 要:采用人工剔除高寒草甸不同植物功能群模拟植物多样性丧失,添加氮肥模拟氮沉降,研究不同植物功能群丧失和氮沉降对高寒草甸植物和土壤群落结构和功能的影响.结果表明:随着植物多样性的丧失,植物生物量、物种丰富度及植被盖度都显著降低(P<0.05),土壤线虫数量也随之大幅减少,细菌多样性有明显差别.其中土壤线虫数量与植物生物量呈显著正相关(P<0.05),与土壤硝态氮和土壤有机碳呈显著负相关(P<0.05).土壤氨态氮与植物生物量、物种丰富度及植被盖度呈显著正相关(P<0.05).Using artificial removal of different plant functional group in alpine meadow simulated loss of plant diversity and adding nitrogen simulated future nitrogen deposition,the aim was to study the impact of different plant functional group loss on plants and soil community structure and function in the alpine meadow.The results showed that,with the loss of plant diversity,plant biomass,species richness,vegetation coverage and soil nematode density decreased significantly (P〈0.05).There were obvious differences between the bacterial diversity among the removal treatments.There was significant positive correlation between soil nematodes density and plant biomass (P〈0.05).In contrast,soil nitrate nitrogen and soil organic carbon had significant negative correlation with soil nematode population (P〈0.05).Plant biomass, species richness and vegetation coverage had significant positive correlation with soil ammonium nitrogen (P〈0.05).
