血小板恒温振荡保存箱校准装置的研究

摘　　要：目的 :研制一套便携式血小板恒温振荡保存箱校准装置,用于血小板恒温振荡保存箱的质量控制,以确保其安全使用。方法:采用数字温度传感器、TCD感光器件、ARM单片机对血小板恒温振荡保存箱的温度、幅度、频率进行数据采集处理,利用蓝牙通信功能和LCD显示屏进行实时显示。结果:该装置性能稳定,可以检测血小板恒温振荡保存箱的温度、幅度、频率,能够实现对其工作参数的实时屏显。结论:该便携式校准装置的应用,可有效地校准血小板恒温振荡保存箱的性能参数,为其安全使用提供保障。Objective To develop a calibration device for the quality control of the platelet thermostatic concussion and preservation chest. Methods Data acquisition and processing were carried out for the temperature, amplitude and frequency of the chest with digital temperature sensor, TCD sensitization component and ARM SCM. Bluetooth communication and LCD display were used for real-time display. Results The device could measure the temperature,amplitude and frequency of the chest, and display the working parameters at real time. Conclusion The device can realize the calibration of the performance parameters of the chest, and can enhance its safety use.
