摘 要:目的 :针对由野战卫生装备组建野战医院的特点,建立离散整数规划选址模型,对野战医院选址问题进行研究。方法:考虑野战医院附近不同人员分布点的昼夜伤员通过量、交通状况、人员对不同医院的偏好等因素,以区域内人员与医疗资源间的权重距离总和最小化为优化目标,给出模型约束条件。结果:根据调研得到的数据,采用遗传算法对模型进行了求解,证实了交通方便在选址方面的优势。结论:该模型在野战医院选址的诸多影响因素中,确定交通方便为首要因素,可为野战医院的选址提供理论参考。Objective To study the site selection of the field hospital composed of field medical equipment by establishing a discrete integer programming model. Methods Constraint conditions were determined to minimize the weighted distance between the personnel and medical resources within some region with the considerations for one-day casualty throughput in each distribution point, traffic conditions and personnel's preference for hospital. Results Genetic algorithm was involved in solution of the model, and traffic condition proved its importance for the site selection of the field hospital.Conclusion The model selects traffic condition as the first factor in all the ones for the site selection of the field hospital.
