术中侧斜位片在桡骨远端骨折中的临床意义

摘　　要：目的 :术中照摄腕关节侧斜位片以观察桡骨远端螺钉与关节面的关系。方法 :对50例桡骨远端骨折患者行切开复位钢板螺钉内固定术,术中患者除摄标准腕关节正侧位像外,同时摄新的影像位置腕关节侧斜位像。结果:33例患者术中标准腕关节正位像和41例患者术中标准腕关节侧位像均可见远端螺钉进入关节,而腕关节侧斜位像显示远端螺钉均未进入关节。结论:腕关节侧斜位片的影像检查,可确认桡骨远端螺钉是否进入关节,完整显示桡骨远端关节面,对手术的治疗具有指导意义。Objective To observe the relationship between the distal radial screw and wrist articular surface by taking lateral oblique X-ray films during the operation. Methods Totally 50 patients with distal radial fractures were treated by open reduction and internal fixation with plates and screws. Besides normal posterior-anterior and lateral position X-rays images, oblique position images were also taken during the operation. Results The posterior-anterior position X-ray films of 33 patients and the lateral position X-ray films of 41 patients showed that the screws penetrated into wrist articular surface, while the oblique position X-ray films proved that it did not happen. Conclusion The intraoperative oblique position X-ray film can confirm whether screws penetrate into wrist articular surface, and show the whole distal radial articular surface.
