摘 要:目的 :探讨满空针采集时诊视床因素对肾动态显像中肾小球滤过率(glomerular filtration rate,GFR)的影响。方法:对40例患者进行肾动态显像测定GFR。分别在有、无诊视床板阻挡2种情况下采集满空针计数,并记录2组数据满空针计数差值。用Gates法分别按自动勾画感兴趣区域(region of interest,ROI)和手动勾画ROI 2种方案计算GFR,并将同种方案下的2组数据进行比较。结果:2种方案下,GFR的差别均具有统计学意义,无床板下得出的GFR将会出现假性减低。结论:在进行满空针采集时需要考虑诊视床板因素,其会影响到肾动态显像GFR的结果。Objective To investigate the influence of the examination couch while acquiring full and empty injection for renal dynamic imaging of GFR. Methods Forty patients underwent renal dynamic imaging to measure GFR. The counts of full and empty injection were acquired respectively with or without blocking by examination couch, and the differences of full and empty injection(Pre-Post) of both figures were recorded. The GFRs by two plans about automatic drawing ROI and manual drawing ROI were calculated in Gates formula, then both figures were compared in the same plan. Results The differences of GFRs in both plans had statistical significance, and false decreased occurred to the GFR without blocking by examination-couch. Conclusion Examination couch may influence the GFR of renal dynamic imaging while acquiring full and empty injection.
