摘　　要：芪类化合物是一种重要的植物抗毒素,因其具有多种医疗保健作用,已引起多方关注。芪合酶是芪类化合物生物合成途径中的关键酶,关于它的研究已广泛开展。本文对芪类化合物的生物合成途径、药理作用,芪合酶的结构、功能,以及芪合酶基因的表达、芪合酶的基因工程研究等方面的进展进行综述,以期为进一步深入研究提供重要信息和科学参考。Stilbenes, as important phytoalexins, have been paid extensive attention for its various functions for heahh and medical treatments. Stilbene synthase is the key enzyme in the biosynthesis pathway of stilbenes. The research about it has been extensively developed. This article introduced the biosynthesis pathway and pharmacological effects of stilbene compounds, the structure and function of stilbene synthase. The research progress of stilbene synthase gene expression and stilbene synthase gene engineering were also reviewed, and it would provide important information and scientific references for further research.
