摘  要:银杏(Ginkgo Biloba L.)是常见的城市园林观赏绿化树种,并具有极高的材用、食用和药用价值。近年来,辽宁省大连市银杏树发生了较严重的叶斑病,防治病情蔓延已迫在眉睫。大连银杏叶斑病由链格孢(Alternaria alternata)和细极链格孢(Alternaria tenuissima)两种真菌感染所致,本文采用抑菌圈法,以4种细菌和5种药剂对这两种致病菌进行了抑菌活性检测,旨在为防治此病提供理论依据。结果表明:环状芽孢杆菌对细极链格孢的抑菌效果较好,抑菌率高达80.88%,300 g·L-1苯甲丙环唑对两种病原菌的抑菌率分别为75.79%和80.11%。Ginkgo (Ginkgo Biloba L.) is a common tree species for ornamentation and afforestation in urban landscape with a high timber-used, edible and medicinal value. In recent years, serious leaf spot of ginkgo tree occurred in Dalian City, Liaoning Province. Therefore, it is imminent to find out a way to prevent the spreading of the disease. Dalian ginkgo leaf spot disease were caused by A l- ternaria alternata and Alternaria tenuissima, in order to provide a theoretical basis to control the disease, four kinds of antagonistic bacteria and five kinds of farm chemicals were tested for the antibacterial activity of the two kinds of pathogen fungi by colony inhibi- tion method in this paper. The results showed that Bacillus circulans had obvious bacteriostatic effect on Alternaria tenuissima, its in- hibition rate was high to 80.88%; the inhibition rate of 300 g. L-1 Benzoyl propiconazole to the two kinds of pathogenic fungi was 75.79% and 80.11%, respectively.
