摘 要:目的了解吸烟指数与年龄因素对成年男性血脂和脂蛋白a的影响。方法选取无基础疾病男性不吸烟者和吸烟者共479例,对其血脂和脂蛋白a检测结果进行统计分析。结果成年男性不同吸烟指数组间TG、TC、HDL-C差异具有统计学意义(P均<0.05),LDL-C和Lp(a)差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);不同年龄阶段组间TG、TC、LDL-C、HDL-C差异具有统计学意义(P均<0.05),Lp(a)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);成年男性TG、TC、LDL-C、HDL-C及Lp(a)与吸烟指数pearson相关双侧检验的显著性为0.000、0.000、0.000、0.006和0.773,与年龄相关双侧检验的显著性为0.001、0.000、0.000、0.221和0.960。结论吸烟和年龄因素是成年男性TG、TC、LDL-C水平升高的重要危险因素和影响因素,呈现较为显著的正相关;HDL-C与吸烟指数呈明显的负相关但与年龄因素无相关性;Lp(a)不受吸烟指数和年龄的影响。Objective The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of cigarette smoking on Serum lipid or Lipoprotein-a, and determine the correlation between Serum lipid or lipoprotein-a and smoking index or age. Methods This study was conducted on 479 subjects, including smoking and non-smoking healthy people, smoking index/age/serum lipid and Lipoprotein-a data by statistical analysis. Results Triglycerides, total cholesterol and?high density lipoprotein cholesterol have differences statistically significant(P value is less than 0.050)in different smoking index groups for adult male, low density lipoprotein cholesterol and Lipoprotein-a have no differences statistically significant by contrast(P value is greater than 0.050); Triglycerides, total cholesterol, high and low density lipoprotein cholesterol have differences statistically significant(P value is less than 0.050) in different age groups for Adult male, Lipoprotein-a have no differences statistically significant by contrast(P value is greater than 0.050); Thvalue of Pearson correlation significance of triglycerides, total cholesterol,high density lipoprotein cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol and lipoprotein-a by two-sided test is 0.000、0.000、0.000、0.006 and 0.773 with smoking index for adult male, and the value is 0.001、0.000、0.000、0.221 and 0.960 with age by contrast. Conclusions Smoking and age factor is the important risk factor and the influence factor of triglycerides, total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol for adult male,and Presents a significant positive correlation; High density lipoprotein cholesterol present negative correlation with smoking index, but had no correlation with age; Lipoprotein-a is not affected by smoking index and age.
