上岗前工人体检听力损伤结果分析

摘　　要：目的为了探讨上岗前从事噪声作业人员听力状况,减少职业性噪声聋的发病率,以及保证用工安全和被检查者的健康,为企业合理安排工人就业岗位提供科学依据。方法根据GBZ188-2007职业健康监护技术规范,对2 563人上岗前工人进行纯音气导听力测试,并进行回顾性分析。结果上岗前体检2 563人中,听力损伤共479人,检出率18.68%,损伤以高频青壮年男性为主。结论听力异常者主要是以前有噪声接触职业史、经常戴耳机等原因造成的听力异常。Objective In order to investigate the pre engaged in hearing status of workers exposed to noise, Reduce the incidence of occupation rate of noise induced deafness,And to ensure the employment security and the inspected health,To provide the scientific basis for enterprises to make rational arrangement of workers and jobs.Methods According to the GBZ188 2007 occupation health technical specification On 2 563 pre workers were pure tone air conduction hearing test,A retrospective analysis was carried out on.Results Before working in 2 563 people, hearing damage, a total of479 people, The detection rate of 18.68 %, Damage to high-frequency young men.Conclusions Abnormal hearing is mainly used to have the noise exposure history of occupation, Abnormal hearing causes often wearing headphones etc.
