安阳市市级医院医生心理健康的影响因素

摘　　要：目的探讨安阳市市级医院医生心理健康的影响因素。方法以河南省安阳市3所市级医院401名医生为调查对象,采用症状自评量表、简易应对方式调查量表、社会支持调查量表进行问卷调查。结果不同性别、年龄、科室、职称、婚姻状况、学历、工作年限和身体健康状况的医生,其应对方式和社会支持情况均不同。应对方式和社会支持与医生的心理健康有着显著的相关性,消极应对与心理健康呈正相关性,积极应对、主观支持和对支持的利用度与心理健康呈负相关性。结论不同特征医生的应对方式和社会支持情况有差异;应对方式和社会支持与医生的心理健康有着显著的相关性。Objective To explore Influencing Factors of Psychiatrist mental health in the hospitals of Anyang city. Methods A sample of 401 doctors in anyang city hospital was tested by symptom Checklist-90（SCL-90）,Simple coping style questionnaire and Social support questionnaire. Results Different gender, age, departments, income, title, marriage,education and physiology health of doctors, social support and coping styles are different. Social support and coping styles have significant correlation to the doctor＇s mental health, negative coping style was positively related to the mental health, active coping style,the subjective support and the use of degrees are negatively related to mental health.Conclusions The doctor of different demographic characteristics have different social support and coping styles; social support and coping style has significant correlation to doctors＇ mental health.
