摘　　要：图书馆虚拟咨询服务起源于欧美国家,中俄均起步较晚。本文以中国与俄罗斯的国家图书馆为研究对象,对其虚拟咨询服务概况作介绍,通过其服务的内容、方式等比较分析两国国家图书馆的相似性及差异性,并对中国国家图书馆虚拟咨询服务的发展提出建设性意见。Library virtual reference service originates in Europe and the United States,while China and Russia have started relatively late. Taking the national library of China and Russia as the research object,the author introduces the general situation of virtual reference service,constracts the similarity and dissimilarity of national library of the two countries through their service content and ways,and puts forward constructive suggestions on the development of national library virtual reference service of China.
