摘　　要：本文设计了智能灌装生产线控制系统,采用西门子PLC和彩色触摸屏作为控制核心,利用伺服电机和变频控制技术精确实现了智能灌装工艺,通过现场总线技术实现工业现场的信息传送,满足实时监视和智能灌装控制的要求,规划了通信传送协议,设定了智能灌装的生产工艺,设计实现了安全联动报警装置,通过实际现场测试及应用,系统安全、稳定、精确灌装、可靠运行。This paper is about an intelligent filling production line system,which adopted Siemens PLC and color touch screen as the control core. It realized intelligent filling process accurately using servo motor and variable frequency control technology,and met the real-time monitoring and intelligent filling control requirements,planed communication transfer protocol,set production intelligent filling technology,designed and realized the linkage security alarm device through the realization of information transmission in industrial field of field bus technology. The system is safe,stable,accurately filled,reliably operated through actual field test and application.
