摘　　要："嵌入式"养老是我国新兴的养老模式,其克服了传统家庭养老、社区居家养老和机构养老的劣势,集中了三者的优势,应作为我国未来养老服务供给的重要载体形式。在对"嵌入式"养老模式进行规范界定的基础上,运用比较分析方法,对"嵌入式"养老模式进行了优势分析,并进一步对现有国内部分典型"嵌入式"养老实践进行了模式归纳和比较分析;在评估"嵌入式"养老模式发展问题和挑战基础上,从政府、社区联合养老服务企业以及社会组织三个层面分析了"嵌入式"养老模式的发展和改进路径。Embedded retirement pattern is our new model, which overcomes the weaknesses of traditional family support, aging in community service and nursing home care and focuses on the advantages of the three, should serve as an important carrier in the future pension service supply in China. On the basis of the and specially defined of embedded retirement pattern and on the use of comparative analysis method, we analyze the advantages of the embedded retirement pattern and further conduct the analysis and comparison of the existing domestic typical embedded retirement pattern practices. Based on the assessment of the development issues and challenges of embedded retirement pattern, we analyze the development and improvement path of the embedded retirement pattern from three aspects of government, community endowment service enterprise and social organization.
