摘　　要：延迟退休年龄的政策取向在学界引起了广泛争议,焦点主要集中在延迟退休年龄是否会造成"就业挤出"效应及挤出效应的大小、延迟退休年龄是否会改善养老金财务状况。梳理争议各方所得结论的逻辑起点、研究方法、理论基础乃至学科视角将为进一步的理论研究和政策制定提供共识基础和新的切入点。The policy orientation of delaying retirement has sparked widespread controversy in the academia,which is mainly concentrated on the point whether the action of delaying retirement will result in the crowding- out effect of the employment and the size of it,as well as the improvement of the financial situation of pension. Combing the conclusions from disputing parties including all the logical starting points,research methods,the theoretical basis and even the disciplinary perspectives will come to provide the consensus basis and new entering points for further theoretical researches and policy making.
