摘　　要：目的：研究三七药性菌质的乙酸乙酯层化学成分。方法：采用系统溶剂萃取、薄层色谱、硅胶柱色谱、半制备型HPLC色谱等方法进行分离纯化，通过化学性质和波谱数据确定化合物的结构。结果：从三七药性菌质的乙酸乙酯层中分离得到6个化合物，分别为20（s）-人参皂苷Rh，（1），20（R）-人参皂苷Rh1（2），人参皂苷F1（3），24（S）-拟人参皂苷F11（4），22，23-二脱氢拟人参皂苷RT4（5），5α-麦角甾-7，22-二烯-3β，5，6β-三醇（6）。结论：化合物5为新化合物，命名为拟人参皂苷RT7，化合物4，6为首次从三七中分离得到，化合物1—6均为首次从三七药性菌质中分离得到。Objective： Aim to study the chemical constituents of the ethyl acetate fraction of Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma medicinal fungal. Method： The compounds were separated and purified by the system solvent extraction, thin-layer chromatography, column chromatography on silica gel, semi-preparative liquid chromatography. Their structures were determined by comparison of their chemical properties and spectral data with those of the authentic samples and those reported in the literatures. Result： Six compounds were separated and identified as20 （S）-ginsenoside Rh, （1）, 20 （R）-ginsenoside Rh, （2）, ginsenoside F1 （3）, 24 （S） pseudoginsenoside F11 （4）, 22, 23-didehydropseudoginsenoside RT4 （5）, 5α-ergosta-7, 22-diene-3β, 5, 6β- triol （6）. Conclusion： Compound 5 was a new compound, named pseudoginsenoside RT7, and compounds 4 and 6 were isolated from Notoginseng for the first time, and all compounds were isolated from Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma medicinal fungale for the first time.
