摘 要:目的:建立化风丹中不溶性砷盐和可溶性砷盐的含量测定方法,为该制剂的质量控制提供参考。方法:采用滴定法和紫外分光光度法分别测定18批化风丹中二硫化二砷和三氧化二砷的含量。结果:建立的二硫化二砷含量测定方法重复性好,平均加样回收率97.61%,RSD 2.0%。三氧化二砷在4-16μg与吸光度线性关系良好,平均回收率97.77%,RSD2.1%。18批化风丹中二硫化二砷质量分数0.012-0.021 3 g·g^-1,平均质量分数0.018 4 g·g^-1,差异系数13.3%;三氧化二砷质量分数75.24-124.55μg·g^-1,平均质量分数92.99μg·g^-1,差异系数15.3%。结论:建立的含量测定方法简单、准确,为化风丹质量标准提升提供实验依据。不同批次化风丹中二硫化二砷和三氧化二砷含量差异较大。Objective: To establish determinations of soluble arsenic salt and insoluble arsenic salt in Huafeng Dan in order to provide a reference for quality control of this preparation. Method: Contents of As2S2 and As2O3 in 18 batches of Huafeng Dan were determined by titration and UV spectrophotometry, respectively. Result : This established determination of As2S2 was reproducible with average recovery of 97.61%. Linear range of As2O3 was 4-16 μg with average recovery of 98.42 %. In 18 batches of samples, mass fraction of As2S2 was 0. 012- 0. 021 3 g g^-1 with average value of 0. 018 4 gg^-1, difference coefficien was 13.3% ; mass fraction of As2O3 was 75.24-124.55μg·g^-1 with average value of 92.99μg·g^-1, difference coefficien was 15.3% . Conclusion: These determinations are simple and accurate, they can provide experimental basis for improvement of quality standards of Huafeng Dan. Contents of As2S2and As2O3 in different batches of samples are quite different.
