药房对哺乳期患者安全用药监控的思考

摘　　要：目的:药房监控哺乳期患者处方中是否有禁用药品,以确保乳儿的健康。方法:分析药房监控哺乳期患者处方的必要性和现状,根据现状分类提出具有可操作性的解决办法。结果:哺乳期患者安全用药的监控现状令人堪忧,哺乳期患者本人安全意识非常弱,医师、药师这方面的安全意识也不强。药房可根据自己医院信息系统强、弱情况,采取不同方式分类进行监控把关。信息系统强大的医院采用合理用药软件为主、人工为辅的监控办法,信息系统薄弱的医院采用药房药师全人工监控的办法,以便实现药房对哺乳期患者安全用药的有效监控。结论:监控哺乳期患者的安全用药,确保乳儿健康,终端环节药房是极其重要的一环。药房人员必须加强意识,把好监控关。OBJECTIVE：To monitor with respect to the forbidden medicines used or not in the prescriptions for lactating patients by pharmacy to ensure the health of babies. METHODS：The necessity and current situation of pharmacy monitoring the prescriptions for lactating patients were analyzed. According to the current situation,practical solutions were put forward with classification. RESULTS：The current situation of medication safety monitoring for lactating patients was worrying. The lactating patients had weak safety awareness,so did the doctors and pharmacists. The pharmacy could take different methods to monitor with classification according to the strong or week information system of the hospital. The hospital with a strong information system could adopt the method of monitoring mainly conducted by proper medication software and assisted by the pharmacists,while the hospital with a weak one could apply the monitoring totally by the pharmacists to achieve effective medication safety monitoring by the pharmacy for lactating patients. CONCLUSIONS：When conducting medication safety monitoring for lactating patients to ensure the health of babies,the pharmacy is very important,which carries out the work of the final link. Therefore,it should strengthen the awareness and ensure good monitoring.
