摘 要:某热电厂新建厂区蒸汽管道引至厂区外网,外网接口处未设置固定点且接口数据不详,通过使用GLIF软件进行管道应力分析发现,若厂区内管道直接与厂区外网接口连接,则厂区外管道距离接口最近处的固定点力矩过大,固定支架不能满足要求,接口处与固定点之间个别支点失稳。采用了适当的自然补偿,并且在固定支架附近加装限位支架等,有效降低了固定支架处的力矩。将一处滑动支架改为弹簧支架,消除了个别支点的失稳。The new plant steam pipeline of a thermal power plant eonneets to the external network, but fixed point is not set at the connection point of the external network, and the conneetion data are un- known. Through the pipe stress analysis using the GLIF software, it is found that if the plant steam pipe- line eonnects directly to the external network, the torque about the fixed point closest to connection point of the external network is too large, the fixed support can not meet the requirements, and some support points between the connection point and the fixed point are instable. The appropriate expansion bend and limit supports near the fixed point and other measures can effectively reduce the torque about the fixed support. To eliminate the instability of some support points, a sliding support should he replaced by spring support.
