摘　　要：介绍传统PE管封堵技术存在的局限性,探讨了PE管不停输开孔封堵技术的技术原理、设备和作业流程。The limitations of traditional technol- ogy for plugging PE pipe are introduced. The princi- ple, equipment and operation procedure of the technology for tapping and plugging PE pipe without interrup- tion of service are discussed.
