摘  要:针对某乘用车后轴在进行疲劳台架可靠性试验时扭杆出现早期疲劳断裂的问题,基于Hyper Works,UG与n Soft三种软件构造的仿真平台,对后轴进行有限元分析与疲劳仿真,并将计算结果与电测试验结果进行对比分析,找出扭杆断裂的原因,提出了适当减小扭杆的外径以提高其疲劳性能的解决方案。随后对改进后的后轴进行了静力计算,通过静态电测试验验证了有限元分析结果的精准性,最后在静力分析的基础上对改进前后的后轴进行疲劳分析,并与疲劳台架试验结果对比,对比结果表明:分析结果与疲劳台架试验结果相吻合,改进方案成功地解决了扭杆断裂的问题。The early fatigue fracture of the torsion bar of rear-axle in some passenger car during the fatigue-bench-test was mainly focused on. The finite element analysis and fatigue simulation were applied to the rear-axle based on the platform constructed by Hyper Works,UG and n Soft. The reason of early fatigue fracture of the torsion bar was revealed after the calculation results were compared with the electrometric tests. A solution was proposed that the torsion-bar diameter should be decreased to improve the fatigue performance. Then the static calculation of the improved rear-axle was carried out, which was proved to be accurate by static electrometric tests. Finally,the fatigue analysis of the rear-axle before and after improvement was carried out based on the static analysis result which was then compared with the fatigue-bench-test result, showing that the two results tally with well and the fatigue fracture problem of torsion bar was solved.
