摘  要:分析研究TRIZ理论创新设计方法,将TRIZ理论中的创新原理、矛盾矩阵等创新设计理念与模块化设计思想相结合,建立一种以TRIZ创新设计理论为基础的产品创新设计模型,并对模型的关联因素进行了探讨。分析了市场对道路综合养护车的实际需求,将该设计模型应用到道路综合养护车的结构创新设计中,借助Pro/E软件平台建立目标产品的三维模型,并对产品的关键部件进行运动学仿真分析,仿真结果没有发生干涉现象,验证了模型建立的合理性。Innovation design methods based on TRIZ theory were analyzed. The innovation principles,contradiction matrix and other innovation design ideas of the TRIZ theoty were combined with modularization design idea,a product innovation design model based on the TRIZ design theory was established, and its associated factors were discussed. The actual needs to comprehensive road maintenance vehicle were analyzed, and the design model was applied to perform structure innovation design, the 3D model of the target product was established using Pro/E software, the kinematics simulation analysis of the key parts was carried out, and interference phenomenon didn′t occur, so the rationality of the model was verified.
