摘 要:摘要为揭示余姚市四明湖水库水体的营养现状,于2012年8月至2013年7月期间。逐月对四明湖水库水体的理化因子、浮游植物种类组成及生物量进行了调查分析。采样期间,共鉴定出浮游植物211种,分隶于7门85属,生物量变化处于8.65×10-4~14.09mg/L之间,其中硅藻生物量占据主要优势,Ch1-a浓度范围在1.116—29.388μg/L之间,浮游植物群落结构随季节变化明显。水质评价结果显示,四明湖水库水质目前处于“中一富”营养水平,有向富营养水平发展的趋势。针对四明湖水库的自身状况提出了水库富营养化的防控技术.包括渔业利用.B1种水生植物、科学造林和加强水库水资源调度管理等。To reveal the trophic status of Siminghu Reservoir in Yuyao City, the physico-chemical factors, phytoplankton species composition and biomass were investigated monthly and analysed in the period from August 2012 through July 2013. A total of 211 phytoplankton species were identified belonging to 7 phyla and 85 genera. The annual variation of phytoplankton biomass and chlorophyll-a content were in ranges of 8.65× 10-4 -14.09 mg/L and 1.116-29.388μg/L, respectively. The dominant species was diatom, and the phytoplankton community structure changed evidently by seasons. By using trophic state index, it suggested that water body of Siminghu Reservoir has already belonged to medium-to-rich trophic level and there was a tendency towards eutrophication. Major prevention and control technologies were proposed for Siminghu Reservoir including rationally utilising fishery resources, introducing hydrophytes, realising scientific afforestation, enforcing water resources management, and etc.
