摘　　要：摘要研究了EGSB处理阿维菌素废水工程启动运行过程。采用有效体积为4000m。的EGSB厌氧发酵罐，接种厌氧颗粒污泥，在温度为（35±1）℃，pH为7．0±0．1和HRT为5d条件下连续运行75d，先后经历了污泥活性恢复期．有机负荷提高期，成功启动运行了EGSB。启动运行完成后，COD去除率达到85％，反应器负荷约为4．0kg（COD）／（mz．d）。颗粒污泥粒浓度经历了先降后升的过程。The start-up ofAvermectin wastewater treatment and operational characteristics in a 4,000 cubic metre expanded granular sludge bed （EGSB） were studied. Having been seeded with anaerobic granular sludge, the start-up experiment was successfully carried out in the EGSB for 75 days. Its operating conditions were as follows： temperature at （35±1）℃, pH value at 7.0±0.1 and HRT for 5 days. After going through the stages of recovering the sludge activity and increasing the organic load steadily, the removal rate for COD could be up to 85% whilst the reactor loading was about 4.0 kg COD/m3/d. It was found that the concentration of granular sludge declined first and then went up during the start-up and operation.
