摘  要:目的:优选出真武汤的微波提取最佳工艺。方法:采用微波提取方法,通过单因素实验和正交实验两者结合考察了乙醇提取浓度、提取时间、微波火力、料液比对真武汤中芍药苷得率的影响,从而优选出最优提取工艺。结果:真武汤提取工艺最佳条件为:乙醇浓度为60%,微波时间为3min,微波火力中高火,料液比为1∶10。结论:本研究将为真武汤的剂型开发等进一步研究奠定基础。Objective To optimize the best microwave extraction process of Zhenwu decoction.Methods Using microwave extraction method and combining the single factor experiment with orthogonal experiment,explorating the effects of the ethanol concentration,extraction time,the extraction microwave power and material liquid ratio of Zhenwu decoction,through inspecting the quality of paeoniflorin in extracts of Zhenwu decoction,thus to select the optimum extraction method.Results Zhenwu decoction extraction conditions were: ethanol concentration degree is 60%,the microwave time is 3 min,the high fire microwave firepower,the ratio of material to liquid is 1∶ 10.Conclusion The experiment will lay the foundation for further study on dosage form development of Zhenwu decoction.
