摘　　要：维泰醇(alternol)是利用红豆杉树皮中一种微生物菌诱变株,经过发酵、纯化等工艺分离出的新型单体化合物。维泰醇类化合物对多种肿瘤细胞的增殖具有抑制作用,其抗肿瘤机制已成为近年来的研究热点,现对近年来维泰醇类化合物抗肿瘤机制研究所取得的进展进行综述。Alternol is purified from fementation productions of microorganisms named as Alternaria alternata var.monosporus.Alternol has become a research focus in tumor therapy because of antitumor activities.However,few reviews are reported about the antitumor mechanism of alternol,so the progress in research of antitumor mechanisms of marine alternol are reviewed in this paper.
