缩宫素合米索前列醇治疗产后出血46例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察缩宫素结合米索前列醇治疗产后出血的临床效果。方法:选取产后出血患者92例,在患者知情并同意的情况下按照治疗方式的不同将患者分为对照组和观察组各46例。对照组采用单纯缩宫素治疗,观察组采用缩宫素结合米索前列醇进行治疗,经过相同时间治疗后观察两组患者出血量、收缩压、舒张压变化的情况,比较两组患者治疗的总有效率。结果:经过治疗后,观察组患者出血量、收缩压、舒张压的变化情况明显优于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在治疗总有效率方面,对照组患者总有效率为78.26%,观察组患者总有效率为95.65%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在产后出血的治疗中,采用缩宫素结合米索前列醇的方式比单一使用缩宫素效果更加明显,值得临床推广应用。Objective to investigate oxytocin combined with misoprostol for treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods Select92 cases of postpartum hemorrhage patients,under the condition of the patients informed and agreed to in accordance with the different methods of treatment to patients were divided into control group and observation group.The control group were treated by simple oxytocin treatment,observation group were treated by oxytocin combined with misoprostol treatment,after the same time observing two groups of patients after treatment the bleeding,systolic pressure,diastolic blood pressure change,compared two groups of patients with total effective rate of treatment.Results After treatment,the observation group of patients with blood loss,the change of systolic pressure,diastolic blood pressure was better than the control group patients,with significant difference and statistical significance（P 0.05）; In terms of total effective treatment,control group total effective rate was 78.26%,the observation group of patients with the total effective rate was 95.65%,with significant difference and statistical significance（P 0.05）.Conclusion In the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage,adopt the way of oxytocin combined with misoprostol for better effect than the single use of oxytocin,the treatment with a strong clinical value,worthy of popularization and application.
