中西医结合护理在高粘度骨水泥治疗骨质疏松性椎体骨折中的应用

摘　　要：目的:观察高粘度骨水泥治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折中的中西医结合护理效果。方法:对43例行高粘度骨水泥治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的患者进行中西医结合护理,观察护理效果。结果:43例患者在围手术期疼痛、腹胀、舒适度有明显提高,没有出现并发症。结论:采用中西医结合护理,可以降低患者的痛苦,提高患者的舒适度,为手术的成功开展和患者的顺利康复提供了重要的保障。Objective Discussion on high viscosity bone cement for the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures combined with traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing.Methods Western medicine for 43 cases of high viscosity bone cement for the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures in patients with nursing.Results 43 cases of patients in peri operation period pain,abdominal distension,comfort is improved obviously,no complications.Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing methods,reduce the pain of patients,improve patient comfort,and provides an important guarantee for the success of the operation carried out smoothly and rehabilitation patients.
