摘　　要：运用承诺管理、标杆管理、竞赛管理理念,通过建立完善的目标体系、考核管理制度、卓越班组评比制度,在基层管理中构建全面的卓越绩效管理模式。管理的实践与创新,提升了精细化管理水平,实现组织绩效提升与员工个人发展的目标。With the concepts of commitment, benchmarking, and competition management, we establish the comprehensive goal management system, performance appraisal management system and team rating system to construct the excellent performance management system in metro grass-roots management. With the practice and innovation, we upgraded the level of fine management, improved organization performance dramatically, and encouraged employee development.
