摘　　要：为了加强工程决算信息化建设工作,提出了同望工程决算解决方案,介绍了同望工程决算管理的体系结构、工作原理和系统特点,该系统基于BLM理念和应用BIM技术,构建于同望企业V3企业架构平台之上,可以自动完成工程决算报表和工程决算情况说明书等统计报表和数据分析,实现从工程项目筹建开工到建成投产期间所发生的全方位管理,系统已广泛应用于山东省公路建设(集团)有限公司等多个企事业单位,实践证明,同望决算管理系统不仅可以提高决算工作人员的工作效率,而且可以为大型工程项目的决算准确性、便捷性、安全性提供有力保证。In order to strengthen the project accounts information construction work,this paper proposed Toone project accounts solutions, introduces the system structure, working principle and system characteristics. Toone project accounts management system based on the BLM concept and application of BIM technology,builts on the platform of Tonne V3 enterprise architecture platform,it can automatically complete project accounts statistical reports and project accounts fact sheets and data analysis,achieve comprehensive management occurred from project start to put into the preparation period,the system has been widely used in many enterprises,such as in Shandong Province Road Construction（ Group） Co.,Ltd. The practice has proved that,the Tonne project accounts management system not only can improve the efficiency of the accounts of staff,and can provide a strong guarantee for the accuracy of accounts of large projects,convenience,safety.
