摘　　要：一直以来,ERP的无形效益都难以度量。在研究国内外文献的基础上提出了战略支持、管理提升、内部改进和客户满意等四个比较关键的ERP无形效益,提出了一系列假设,并应用结构方程的方法对其进行了验证,最终得到了它们的权重和彼此之间的作用机理。The intangible benefits of ERP are always difficult to measure. This paper based on the study from overseas and domestic lists four important intangible benefits including strategic support,management improvement,internal improvement and customer satisfaction,and puts forward a series of hypothesizes,and validates them by the method of structural equation modeling. Finally it gets their weights and the mechanism between them.
