摘  要:为建立LNG船模拟器,需要完成主汽轮机系统的仿真,使得模拟器具有更好的逼真性。首先建立汽轮机本体数学模型,完成了船桨模型和汽轮机的控制、润滑、供汽系统等仿真模型,然后运用VB6.0编程,以四阶龙格库塔方法求解,将各模型建立为类模块。模拟系统设置模拟机舱、驾驶室、集控室,以CAN总线构建互联网络,并且与仿真计算机通过CAN—以太网网关相连。系统具有较高的仿真精度、稳定性、逼真性,以及实时性能,满足LNG船舶模拟器的要求。To establish the LNG ship simulator, it's necessary to complete the simulation of main steam turbine system on it, which makes the ship simulation system has better realistic. Firstly, the turbine mathematical model was founded, also the ship propeller model and turbine control, lubrication, steam supply system model was set up, then VB6.0 programming language and the four order Runge Kutta method was used to solve the math model, and construet into class module. The simulation system contains the simulation engine room, bridge, and engine control room, they are linked by CAN bus,and the CAN-Ethernet gateway is used to link them with the simulation computer. The system has high simulation accuracy, good stability and realism, and nice real-time performance, which makes it meet to the requirements of LNG ship simulator.
